Customers can view your published services and book available appointments online outside your opening hours. This offers another booking option alongside phone calls and messages; it is not a claim about when most customers book.
A public booking page fixes that without changing how you work. Your real availability is on screen, the client picks a slot, and the appointment is on your diary before you read the message.
Price and time every service honestly
A skin fade and a full head of highlights need different amounts of time. Set each service to the time it genuinely takes, including preparation and finishing.
List prices in euro and describe what is included in each service. Clear prices and durations help customers compare services; they do not guarantee a booking.
Confirm bookings and explain payment arrangements
Email confirmations are sent after booking. Email reminder functionality exists, but live scheduled delivery has not been verified. Use manual WhatsApp/SMS messaging links if you want to write and send a reminder yourself; automated SMS/WhatsApp reminders are planned, not currently available.
Online deposit collection is planned, not currently available. Arrange payment directly with customers outside BookiFlow and explain your cancellation policy clearly. Attendance or recovered revenue is not guaranteed.
Get found in local searches
Local search for salons is mostly a three-way race between your Google Business Profile, your social pages and your booking page. Make sure all three use the same salon name, the same Dublin area and the same phone number, exactly as written.
Add your booking link to your Instagram bio, your Google profile's booking button and your shopfront QR code. These give customers a way to reach your published booking page.

Create a free account, add your services and prices, set your opening hours and add your business images. Complete setup, publish when eligible, and share your booking link. The timing of a first booking depends on customer activity and is not guaranteed.
Free supports your booking page, individual appointments, calendar and email confirmations. Pro is a planned €19/month offering; automated text reminders, online deposits and independent staff diaries are not currently available. An enquiry does not activate these benefits.
